Do the questioner and her sister consider that they have sinned against their parents by telling the husband everything, and should the questioner consider separating from her husband despite her love for him, fearing the future?

The parents are at fault regarding their daughters for committing several mistakes: leaving their young children with a bad family that caused them deep psychological wounds, the mother's refusal to listen to her daughters' complaints, preferring one over the other, forcing one of them to marry someone she did not desire, then the father beating his daughter and imprisoning her, and their encouraging their daughter (the questioner) to engage in an illicit relationship, followed by their refusal to allow her to marry this young man. This indicates their ignorance of responsibility, their inability to raise children, and their lack of religious commitment. Despite this, they have great rights, and one must treat them with kindness, as Allah Almighty says: "And your Lord has decreed that you worship none but Him. And to parents, show goodness. If one of them or both of them attain old age with you, say not to them a word of disrespect, nor repel them, but address them in terms of honor. And lower to them the wing of humility out of mercy and say, 'My Lord, have mercy upon them as they brought me up when I was small'" (Al-Isra: 23-24).

The questioner must repent to Allah and urge her husband to repent for what transpired between them before marriage, as Allah Almighty says: "And turn to Allah in repentance, all of you, O believers, that you might succeed" (An-Nur: 31), and she should not let fear of the future be a reason for separating from her husband.
