The answer

You must adhere to the agreed-upon conditions if they are in accordance with Islamic law. As for conditions that violate Islamic law, they hold no weight. Whatever conditions are legally recognized, you must obligate them to fulfill them through legitimate means. Whatever is not recognized, you are not permitted to obligate them to fulfill it. This ruling applies equally whether the company is foreign or not. As for negligence in work, you must advise them and explain the impermissibility of such actions. If they do not respond, escalate the matter to the responsible authorities. As for taking phone credit and lunch meals, if these are your rights, then there is no objection. Otherwise, it is not permissible. You must raise their case to the authorities to obtain your legitimate rights.
