What is the definitive ruling on Ibn Sina's creed, and did Ibn Taymiyyah declare him an infidel?

Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah concluded that Ibn Sina was one of the philosophers. Al-Dhahabi mentioned in "Siyar A'lam al-Nubala'," "Tarikh al-Islam," and "Mizan al-I'tidal" that Ibn Sina was the head of the Islamic philosophers, that he followed reason and contradicted the Messenger, and that al-Ghazali declared him a disbeliever. Ibn Hajar added in "Lisan al-Mizan" that Ibn Sina believed in the eternity of the world and denied bodily resurrection, and that Allah does not know particulars with a particular knowledge. Ibn Sina's creed contains clear acts of disbelief. As for his state in the afterlife, its knowledge is with Allah. Ibn Khallikan mentioned in "Wafayat al-A'yan" that Ibn Sina repented, performed ghusl, gave charity, and returned injustices before his death.
