The answer

It is permissible for a father to perform Hajj using his daughter's money if it does not harm her, according to those who permit a father to take from his child's wealth absolutely, as stated by Al-Bahuti Al-Hanbali. However, the majority (Hanafis, Malikis, and Shafi'is) hold that a father's taking from his child's wealth is conditional upon need, so it is not permissible for him to perform Hajj with her money due to lack of necessity. In case of disagreement, it is preferable for the father not to perform Hajj with his daughter's money unless he needs it. If he does not have money for Hajj, it is not obligatory for him. As for a father borrowing from his daughter's money for Hajj, it is permissible according to both groups, provided there is a benefit.
