What is the suggested methodology for learning the Arabic language to understand the Holy Quran, starting from scratch until mastery?

Knowledge of the Arabic language is an obligation of sufficiency (fard kifayah) for understanding the Qur’an and Sunnah, and an individual obligation (fard ‘ayn) for learning what enables the performance of obligatory acts, such as recitation and remembrances in prayer. The Arabic language is considered part of the religion, and knowing it is a binding obligation for understanding the texts of Islamic law. It is learned by studying its sciences, such as grammar (nahw) and rhetoric (balaghah). It is preferable to proceed gradually in study and to specialize in one art to avoid distraction.
