What is the ruling on marriage and requesting that the wife be given a vaccine without her knowledge of the existence of a serious and contagious disease transmitted through blood? Is not marrying throughout life because of that disease considered a violation of the fitra (natural disposition)? And how can sexual urges be curbed to avoid falling into the forbidden?

A believer must be content with Allah's decree and be patient, for affliction elevates ranks and expiates sins. Try to seek treatment through legitimate means, such as remedies with Zamzam water, honey, and black seed, along with reliance on Allah, for how many a patient has been cured after medicine failed. Allah may bless you with a righteous wife who accepts your condition.
