The answer

The jurists have unanimously agreed on the obligation of consecutive fasting for the expiation of killing, based on Allah's saying: "And whoever does not find [a slave to free] - then [he is to fast for] two consecutive months as repentance to Allah."

They differed concerning breaking the fast on the two Eids and the days of Tashreeq in relation to continuity. The majority held that it severs the continuity, while the Hanbalis are of the view that it does not sever it, because breaking the fast on these days is a legal obligation. This is the more preponderant opinion.

Accordingly, this woman can complete her fast immediately after the days of Tashreeq conclude.
