The answer

Masturbation is forbidden and has serious physical and psychological harms. Practicing it during the daytime in Ramadan, to the point of semen emission, invalidates the fast and necessitates making up that day, and corrupts the reward for that day. There is no specific text stating that masturbation invalidates the reward of other good deeds, but sins and good deeds push against each other, and some may cancel others. There are also sins that nullify good deeds if one does not repent from them. Persisting in this habit elevates it to a major sin. Allah accepts the repentance of those who repent from it, and for those who die before repenting, their matter is under the will of Allah.
