What are the best ways to learn the Noble Qur’an in terms of recitation, memorization, Tajweed, exegesis, grammatical analysis, abrogating and abrogated verses, and all its sciences and secrets, whether online or through direct attendance?

The pursuit of knowledge in Quranic and Islamic sciences is of paramount importance. The following is a proposed curriculum for studying Quranic sciences and principles of Tafsir (exegesis), with an emphasis on the superiority of studying under a specialized shaykh. The curriculum consists of three sections:

- Curriculum for Quranic Sciences: This includes reading specialized books on the history and classifications of Quranic sciences, such as "Al-Daleel ila al-Quran" (The Guide to the Quran), "Al-Muharrar fi Ulum al-Quran" (The Edited Work on Quranic Sciences), and "Manahel al-Irfan" (Springs of Gnosis). It also involves comparing "Al-Burhan" by Al-Zarkashi with "Al-Itqan" by Al-Suyuti. Additionally, it encompasses reading books that address Quranic sciences among the Companions and Successors, and in the Prophetic Hadiths.

- Curriculum for Principles of Tafsir: This begins with understanding the history of the principles of Tafsir, listening to lectures on this discipline, and studying books such as "Al-Tahrir fi Usul al-Tafsir" (The Elucidation of the Principles of Tafsir) and "Sharh Muqaddimah fi Usul al-Tafsir" (Explanation of an Introduction to the Principles of Tafsir) by Ibn Taymiyyah. It also involves reading books on the rules of Tafsir, preferring interpretations, and the differences among the Salaf (pious predecessors).

- Recommended Books for Reading and Reference: This includes specialized books on the sciences of Quranic orthography (Rasm), verse counting (Adad), recitations (Qira'at), occasions of revelation (Asbab al-Nuzul), linguistic exegesis, and the significance of the Quranic context, in addition to books that address critical and doctrinal aspects in Tafsir.

It is also suggested to enroll in specialized academies such as Tafsir Academy and Mufassir Institute, and it is advised to seek a teacher for learning the Quran and Tajweed.
