Is hair transplantation permissible for a woman if her hair is genetically thin?

If a woman's hair thinning reaches the level of a disfiguring defect, there is no harm in her undergoing hair transplantation, whether the cause is genetic, an accident, or an illness. This is based on the statement of the Islamic Fiqh Academy permitting "hair transplantation in cases of hair loss, especially for women."
