What is the ruling on removing hair from inside the nose with scissors or by plucking?

There is no religious text that commands keeping nasal hair or removing it. However, its removal is considered a form of cleanliness, which Islam encourages, especially if it becomes excessive. It can be removed by any available method, such as plucking or trimming.
