When do the Noble Scribes avoid the servant?

Scholars have agreed that the deeds of people are recorded against them, but they have differed regarding the angels assigned to record deeds leaving a person in certain situations and places, holding three opinions:

1. That the angels never leave a person under any circumstance. They based this on the general meaning of the verse: "not a word does he utter but there is a watcher by him ready [to note it down]." (Qaf/18). 2. That the angels leave a person when they are in the restroom, during intercourse, and when bathing. They based this on some weak narrations. 3. That what is established by the Quran and Sunnah is that every person is assigned two angels who observe and record their actions, without explaining the manner of this recording. It is better not to delve into such unseen matters without explicit textual evidence.

The last opinion is the most probable because it adheres to the religious texts without exceeding them.
