Is it sufficient to sprinkle water on the area in the bedding where madhy (pre-seminal fluid) is expected to have landed, knowing that the liquid perspires and sweat may mix with the madhy, and is this action considered correct or incorrect?

The madhy (pre-seminal fluid) is impure, and it must be washed according to the majority of scholars. So, if it is highly probable that it has fallen on a spot on the bedding, then pouring water over it and covering it with the water is sufficient to purify it. However, merely sprinkling water without washing the impure spot is not sufficient. And if a sweaty body touches the impure spot, the sweaty part becomes impure and must be washed. Most scholars are of the opinion that the "nadh" (sprinkling) mentioned is in fact washing.
