Is it permissible to contact sellers of a Quranic reader device to ask them to intercede with the manufacturing company not to print a Quranic verse on the product's cover, or to ask for a way to directly contact the company for the same purpose? And should this request persist in case of refusal? What if the company is non-Muslim?

Whoever has a carton with something from the Qur’an written on it must handle it properly in a way that protects the Qur’an from dishonor. Whoever does not have such a carton is not obligated to do anything. Striving to write to the manufacturing company or advise sellers is commendable and rewarded. Some scholars have mentioned that due to the difficulty and hardship, the solution lies in averting one's gaze and spreading community awareness to cooperate in respecting words glorified by Islamic law.
