Does the divorce take effect with the husband's words to his wife, "You are divorced," if he said it out of fear for her, and he is unsure of his intention to divorce?

The phrase "As long as you have done this madness, then you are divorced" is an explicit and immediate declaration of divorce, and it does not require intention for it to occur; therefore, the divorce has taken place. If this pronouncement of divorce does not complete the three (divorces), the husband can reconcile with his wife before the expiry of her iddah (waiting period). However, if the husband intended to suspend the divorce on the wife reaching a certain degree of madness and this degree was not met, then the divorce does not occur.
