Is it permissible to pray Dhuhr in congregation in the mosque half an hour before the Asr prayer?

Previous discussions clarified the scholarly opinions regarding the end time for Dhuhr prayer, including two views: one is that its time ends when the shadow of everything becomes equal to its length, and another is that its time continues until sunset, but after the entry of Asr time, it is called a necessary time for Dhuhr and is specific to those with excuses according to the Malikis.

If the congregation prays Dhuhr before verifying the entry of Asr time, that is permissible. It is preferable to hasten Dhuhr when there is no intense heat or cloudiness, due to the established prophetic traditions that indicate this, and because "the first part of the prayer's time is Allah's pleasure." However, during intense heat, cooling down with it (i.e., delaying it slightly) is a recommended Sunnah for those who are going to the congregation.
