Are the secretions that are discharged after stopping the practice of masturbation—which the doctor diagnosed as fungi and microbes—considered maniy or madhiy, and can the doctor differentiate between these types of secretions?

If the discharge is white or transparent, it is vaginal moisture (rutubat al-farj), and it is advisable to abandon obsessive thoughts (waswas). If a woman cannot distinguish between types of discharge (mani, madhy, rutubah), she should refer to Fatwa No. 118035. As for yellowish discharge (sufrah), its ruling is not the same as that of vaginal moisture.
