What is the ruling on wiping the face with the hands after invoking blessings upon the Prophet Muhammad, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him?

Praying for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, is a supplication (du'a). There are authentic hadiths that indicate the permissibility of wiping the face with the hands after making du'a. The cumulative strength of these hadiths reaches the degree of being "hasan" (good). Among them is the hadith narrated by Tirmidhi: "When the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, raised his hands for supplication, he would not lower them until he had wiped his face with them." Therefore, it is permissible for the questioner to wipe their face with their hands after praying for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
