Do the children of a full sister and the children of a full brother inherit?

If a man dies and leaves behind four daughters, a wife, the children of a full sister, and the children of a full brother, the inheritance is distributed as follows:

The daughters receive two-thirds, based on the Almighty's saying: (But if there are [only] daughters, two or more, for them is two thirds of what he left.) [An-Nisa: 11].

The wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant, based on the Almighty's saying: (But if you have a child, for them is one eighth of what you leave.) [An-Nisa: 12].

The remaining share goes to the full brother's sons (males) by virtue of 'asabah (agnatic kinship), based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Give the prescribed shares to those entitled to them; then whatever remains is for the nearest male relative." Narrated by Al-Bukhari (6732) and Muslim (1615).

The children of the full sister receive nothing because they are from among Dhawu al-Arham (relatives by kinship through females), and they inherit only in the absence of Ashab al-Furood (sharers) and 'Asabat (agnatic heirs).
