Increase your companionship with righteous women and the study of beneficial books. Focus on what glorifies Allah's majesty and love in your heart. Increase your recitation of the Quran with deliberation, and ponder over Allah's creations. Read books on encouragement, deterrence, asceticism, spiritual refinement, and biographies. Divert your mind from thoughts of self-harm, as these are satanic whispers and a grave sin.
