Is the multiplicity of sermons and preachers and the delay of Friday prayer in the sole mosque in a European country, due to the large number of nationalities and consideration of work circumstances, permissible in Islam?

Delaying the Jumu'ah prayer for this duration is permissible—especially if it is for the benefit of the congregation and to increase the number of worshippers—as the time for Jumu'ah extends until the entry of the 'Asr prayer time. As for what the Khatib does by delivering the aforementioned sermon, it is an unlawful matter. Rather, the Khatib should deliver the sermon in Arabic, then lead the people in prayer, and then translate the key points of the sermon for those who wish to listen after the prayer is concluded.
