What is the ruling on performing Jumu'ah prayer without two sermons, while reciting Surat "Qaf" and praying two rak'ahs aloud in a place where there is no congregation?

All praise is due to Allah. For the validity of the Friday sermon, it is a condition according to Ahmad, Shafi'i, and Malik that there be two sermons with a separation between them. However, the Hanafis are of the view that a single sermon suffices, though it is disliked. The preponderant opinion is that two sermons are a condition. Among the conditions for the validity of the sermon is that it must include praise of Allah and blessings upon His Messenger; reciting the Qur'an alone is not sufficient. The Friday prayer is valid in any place when a mosque is unavailable, and it requires a congregation customarily, without specifying a certain number.
