You must lower your gaze from women and beardless youths, and hasten to marry if it is possible; otherwise, you must observe voluntary fasting. Do not despair of change, and supplicate to Allah to turn your heart towards good. Forget what happened in your childhood, and be keen on associating with people of righteousness and obedience.
