How can one get rid of homosexual tendencies towards males, and how can one return to a natural state, knowing of previous commitment and attempts to change without success?

Healing through supplication (du'a), the Quran, and seeking forgiveness (istighfar) is the best form of healing, and abandoning them is a sign of loss. Persevere in knocking on the door of Allah, and be like the poet who said:

"O You who sees what is in the heart and hears, You are prepared for all that is anticipated. O You who is hoped for in all hardships, O You to whom complaints are made and to whom one flees for refuge. O You whose treasures of provision are in the word 'Be!' Grant Your bounty, for all good is with You. I have no recourse but to knock on Your door; If I am turned away, then which door shall I knock? I have no means but my poverty before You, And by my need of You, I repel my poverty. Who is there for me to call upon and invoke by name, If Your grace is withheld from Your poor servant? Far be it from Your glory to cause a disobedient one to despair; Your grace is more abundant, and Your gifts are vaster."
