The answer

First: Allah has two noble hands, one right and the other left, according to the most apparent naming, but both are blessed right in terms of meaning and perfection.

Second: In the Witr prayer of three rak'ahs, it is permissible to make after two rak'ahs, or to connect all three with a single at the end.

Third: Qunoot in Witr is , based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) teaching of the Qunoot supplication to Al- ibn Ali. The Prophet (peace be upon him) used to perform Qunoot sometimes, and it is a permissible type of supplication. So, whoever performs it has done well, and whoever leaves it has also done well.
