Is the statement: "Even Satan and Iblis did not think of it" correct, and are there evil thoughts and sins that did not occur to Iblis and Satan, and is this belief permissible?

Firstly: The ruling on jokes has been previously clarified.

Secondly: Satan is the source of evil and misguidance, and he calls to disbelief and disobedience, as Allah Almighty says: ﴿And Satan wants to lead them far astray﴾ [An-Nisa: 60], and ﴿Satan only wants to excite enmity and hatred between you﴾ [Al-Ma'idah: 91]. There are also human devils who inspire falsehood and beautify it.

Thirdly: Evils may stem from the soul that inclines to evil (nafs al-ammarah bi'l-su'), not just from Iblis. This explains the occurrence of sins in Ramadan despite the devils being chained. The saying that Iblis himself never thought of such an evil thing is a metaphor used to exaggerate the heinousness of an act, and it has been used by scholars.
