The answer

Intercourse with a non-mahram woman in the anus is Haram (forbidden) without dispute, and it is considered zina (fornication/adultery) which necessitates the prescribed punishment (Hadd) according to most scholars. However, the implementation of these punishments is entrusted to the ruler, not to individuals. It is not a condition for the repentance of a fornicator/adulterer to have the prescribed punishment carried out on him; rather, sincere repentance between him and Allah suffices, and he is commanded to conceal himself. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever commits any of these abominable deeds, let him conceal himself with the concealment of Allah." Therefore, this girl must repent immediately by abandoning the sin, feeling remorse, and resolving not to return to it. Her family must prevent her from Haram and command her to be righteous. If she repents, repentance erases what came before it, and they must conceal her and not inform anyone of what occurred.
