What is the ruling on announcing lost and found items, advertising vaccination campaigns, and encouraging donations in the mosque, through its loudspeakers, and from its minbar on Friday?

It is not permissible to announce lost property in mosques, because they were not built for that purpose. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded anyone who hears someone announcing lost property in a mosque to say: "May Allah not return it to you," and "May you not find it," because mosques were built only for the remembrance of Allah.

As for urging people to donate to the mosque or give charity to the poor, this is a legitimate and recommended act, and there is no harm in doing so in the mosque. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, encouraged charity from his pulpit.

Similarly, there is no harm in making announcements in the mosque about general matters that serve the public interest of Muslims, such as announcing lessons, lectures, and scientific courses, or vaccination campaigns, due to the general benefit and protection of bodies they provide. What is prohibited is announcing purely personal or worldly matters.
