Is there any basis for the hadith that mentions the Prophet, may God's prayers and peace be upon him, accepted from a Bedouin that he would pray only two times?

The hadith mentioned in the question was narrated by Nasr ibn Asim from a man who came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and embraced Islam on the condition that he would only pray two prayers, and the Prophet accepted that from him. The meaning of this hadith is that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) accepted that from him to win him over to enter Islam, and he would be commanded to perform all prayers thereafter, and Allah would place acceptance in his heart. This has parallels in the guidance of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), such as what happened with Thaqif, who stipulated to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that they would not pay charity (sadaqah) nor participate in jihad. Nevertheless, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "They will give charity and perform jihad." Thus, Islam is valid even with a flawed condition, but then one becomes bound by all the laws of Islam. This applies to those who are to be won over to Islam from among non-Muslims. As for Muslims, less than what Allah has obligated upon them is not sufficient for them.
