Is the Hadith: "I have left among you two things, and you will never go astray as long as you hold fast to them: the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger," authentic?

The hadith is authentic, narrated by Muslim from Jabir ibn Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with both of them) that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "I have left among you that which, if you hold fast to it, you will never go astray after me: the Book of Allah." And Al-Hakim narrated from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with both of them) that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "O people, I have left among you that which, if you hold fast to it, you will never go astray, ever: the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Prophet."
