Would establishing a website for a deceased Egyptian reciter, where his recitations are displayed, be considered an ongoing charity (Sadaqah Jariyah), and would my intention be rewarded even if I do not succeed in completing it?

Publishing good and influential recitations on the internet is a good deed, and its doer will be rewarded if he intends it as an ongoing charity and dedicates its reward to the reciter. For every act of worship a Muslim performs and dedicates its reward to another Muslim, that Muslim benefits from it. If he resolves to do this matter and initiates the means but is unable to complete it, then Allah will reward him for his resolve and initiation, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever intended to do a good deed and did not do it, Allah records it for him as a complete good deed." Rather, the mere intention for good is a deed of the heart for which its doer is rewarded. However, there is something more important than establishing this website, which is striving to help intelligent children memorize the Qur'an.
