Is it permissible to say "O fragrance of Paradise" or "the fragrance of Paradise" for something beloved, such as a person or a specific day?

There is no harm in saying "like the scent of Paradise," where the intent is to describe the beauty of the object, not that it is actually from Paradise. This is similar to their saying, "as if he is a devil" or "as if he is an angel." We have previously explained the permissibility of naming a female child "Houria" (nymph of Paradise) and the like, as a form of longing and not as a factual description of the named individual.
