How can the texts of the two revelations be reconciled, those that mention that the Throne is carried by the bearers of the Throne, and those that mention that it is upon water?

Allah created water and the Throne fifty thousand years before creating the heavens and the earth. Allah’s Throne was upon water before the creation of the heavens and the earth. The proof for this is the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Allah ordained the measures of creation fifty thousand years before He created the heavens and the earth. He said: 'And His Throne was upon water.'" After creating the heavens and the angels within them, Allah created from them the bearers of the Throne and those who encircle it, with water existing beneath the Throne and above the heaven.
