What is the ruling on collecting pictures of models with the intention of keeping the displayed dress designs, then modifying them to be modest and tailoring them?

Keeping pictures of fashion models is not free from religious prohibition, due to the possibility that those who are not allowed to look at them, such as men, might see them, or that the model might expose a part of her body that a woman is not allowed to look at. In addition, some scholars absolutely forbid photography, and photographing women is even more prohibited. Therefore, it is advisable to stay away from that, and one can obtain dress designs from sources other than pictures of models.
