What are the most prominent features of Imam Malik's life, and can it be translated into French?

Malik ibn Anas was born in Medina in the year 93 AH and grew up in a household of knowledge deeply involved in the study of Hadith. He memorized the Holy Quran and then turned to memorizing Hadith, eager to learn and associate with scholars. He pursued this with both financial means and effort.

He was influenced by Ibn Hurmuz, Nafi' Mawla Ibn 'Umar, and Al-Zuhri, and he held the Hadith of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, in great reverence. He established a teaching and fatwa-giving circle in the Prophet's Mosque after seventy scholars attested to his competence for it. His circle was characterized by dignity and knowledge.

His methodology was distinguished by adherence to the Sunnah and patience in giving fatwas. He did not impose his opinion, nor did he hasten to answer questions. He faced an ordeal during the reign of Abu Ja'far al-Mansur in the year 146 AH due to the Hadith, "There is no divorce for one who is coerced," but he remained steadfast.

Prominent scholars such as Abu Yusuf, Al-Shafi'i, and Ahmad ibn Hanbal praised him, considering him an Imam in Hadith and Fiqh. He passed away in the year 179 AH.
