Does forgiveness for the oppressor during Hajj include financial rights unjustly usurped and spent in disobedience to Allah, and is it possible to waive these rights in this world and save them for the Hereafter?

Forgiving the rights of others is religiously commendable but not obligatory. The doer of such an act will find its reward in the Hereafter, for "whoever forgives and makes reconciliation - his reward is due from Allah." Scholars have mentioned that among the etiquettes of Hajj are repentance, returning injustices and rights, and seeking forgiveness from adversaries. Therefore, it is better for a Muslim to forgive their rights over others, whether financial or otherwise, and this has no relation to Hajj or its obligations.
