Will Allah forgive all the sins of one who wronged me simply by their performance of the Hajj, knowing that I still suffer from the effects of their injustice, and they have not admitted their wrongdoing?

The Hajj that forgives sins and expiates misdeeds is the accepted Hajj (Al-Hajj Al-Mabrur), whose performer does not engage in obscenity or transgression. Among the acts of transgression is persistence in sin and failure to repent. A condition for repentance is fulfilling neglected rights owed to Allah, such as zakat, and settling the rights of people and seeking their forgiveness. The accepted Hajj expiates everything except the rights of human beings. The majority of scholars hold the view that Hajj does not expiate major sins between a servant and his Lord except through repentance from them.
