Will Allah Almighty restore the rights of the wronged from the one who wronged them in their childhood, even if the oppressor was not an adult?

The basis of divine accountability (taklif) is reaching puberty, as evidenced by the Prophet Muhammad’s (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: “The pen is lifted from three: from the sleeper until he awakens, from the child until he grows up, and from the insane until he regains his sanity or recovers.” Thus, there is no accountability for children who do not comprehend what they are doing before reaching puberty. However, Allah may reward His servant for the harm and affliction he experienced as a child, and He may recompense him for his good deeds. Allah is the Most Merciful of the merciful, and He has forbidden injustice upon Himself. He, glory be to Him, possesses ultimate wisdom and conclusive proof over His creation.
