What is the ruling on money earned while traveling to Qatar on an internal leave without pay, with the knowledge of the employer who stipulated an external leave but was unyielding in granting it, knowing that the employee works for the Egyptian Post in usurious savings books?

An employment contract must be fulfilled if it is permissible. It is not permissible to travel to work elsewhere except with the employer's permission. If the employee travels without permission, he is sinful. His salary from the new job is lawful, but his salary from the first job is not lawful for him.
However, if the employment contract is for something forbidden, such as usurious savings accounts, then the contract is void, and it must be فسخ (terminated) and one must repent to Allah. The salary earned from it is unlawful, and it must be disposed of in charitable ways.
