Is what the inquirer does—watching videos and pictures of women, masturbating, and watching women kiss each other, which leads him to high levels of lust—considered a perversion? And what is the way to repent so that he does not return to this sin, especially since he no longer regrets his sin as before?
What you did does not necessarily mean you are deviant, but it is falling into the traps of Satan, against whom Allah has warned. Satan is an enemy to man and seeks to mislead him. Unleashing one's gaze upon forbidden things leads to indecency. Therefore, Allah commanded lowering the gaze and guarding one's private parts. Masturbation is forbidden and has many harms. What is obligatory is sincere repentance, for sins leave a black spot on the heart, and these spots increase until they cover it, making it unreceptive to good, and the heart may even die because of them, feeling no pain from them. For the safety of oneself and one's religion, one must be diligent in acquiring beneficial knowledge, performing righteous deeds, and associating with the righteous.
