Is someone who masturbates and watches pornography, despite repeated attempts to repent, considered among those who commit major sins, or hypocrites, or those whom Allah does not love? And what is the solution to stop this and elevate oneself?

You must hasten to repent from masturbation and looking at pornographic images before it is too late, for persisting in minor sins transforms them into major ones. Allah desires to turn to His servants in forgiveness, and these sins stem from the inciting self (an-nafs al-ammarah bi's-su'). There is no specific dhikr that, by itself, makes one abandon sins, but maintaining the prescribed adhkar fortifies the heart. To elevate the self, one must change what is within the self and strive against it, engage in righteous companionship, maintain the obligatory prayers and supererogatory acts, seek beneficial knowledge, and make abundant supplications.
