Is it possible for some to use temporary marriage (mut'ah) as a pretext for adultery, and is there a way out of this issue?

Islam legislated punishments for moral crimes for two benefits: a personal one, which is the expiation of sins for the sinner, and a societal one, which is deterring people and purifying society. So, whoever sins, let him conceal himself and repent to Allah; and if his affair is exposed, a prescribed punishment (Hadd) will be carried out upon him, which will expiate his sin. Prescribed punishments are averted by doubts, such as a claim of marriage, but the judge may reject this claim if corruption is widespread and the doubt is weak.
