Is it possible to offer help within three days to prevent the killing of two people?

It is recommended to ease things on oneself and calm one's fears, for this worldly life is fleeting, and a Muslim should not regret what has passed or rejoice in what is to come, in affirmation of His, the Almighty's, saying: ﴿O people, indeed the promise of Allah is truth, so let not the worldly life delude you, and let not the deluder delude you concerning Allah. Indeed, Satan is an enemy to you; so take him as an enemy. He only invites his party to be among the companions of the Blaze.﴾ [Fatir: 5-6].

Also, one must turn to Allah with supplication and have a good opinion of Him, for He answers the distressed and removes evil, as He, the Almighty, said: ﴿Is He [not best] who responds to the distressed one when he calls upon Him and removes evil and makes you inheritors of the earth? Is there any god with Allah?﴾ [An-Naml: 62], and Allah the Almighty said in a Hadith Qudsi: "I am as My servant thinks of Me, so let him think of Me as he wills."

If a Muslim has a right in a problem, there is no objection to referring the matter to the responsible authorities to claim it. And one is warned against committing suicide unjustly, for that is a loss in this world and the Hereafter, as He, the Almighty, said: ﴿But whoever kills a believer intentionally - his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him and has cursed him and has prepared for him a great punishment.﴾ [An-Nisa: 93].

As for an oath that is better than another, one must break it and atone for it, due to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "I do not swear an oath and then see something better than it except that I do that which is better and atone for my oath."
