What is the reason for the revelation of Surat Adh-Dhariyat, and the reason for its naming according to Ibn Kathir?

After researching the books on the reasons for revelation (Asbab al-Nuzul), no specific reason was mentioned for the revelation of the entire Surah Adh-Dhariyat. Rather, reasons were mentioned for the revelation of some of its verses:

- Verse (19): {وَفِي أَمْوَالِهِمْ حَقٌّ لِلسَّائِلِ وَالْمَحْرُومِ} (And in their properties is a due for the beggar and the deprived); it was revealed after the Prophet (peace be upon him) sent out a detachment that gained spoils, and then people came who had not witnessed the spoils.

- Verses (54-55): {فَتَوَلَّ عَنْهُمْ فَمَا أَنْتَ بِمَلُومٍ} (So turn away from them; you are not to be blamed) and {وَذَكِّرْ فَإِنَّ الذِّكْرَى تَنْفَعُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ} (And remind, for indeed, the reminder benefits the believers); the first verse was revealed, and the Companions thought that revelation would cease and punishment was near, then the second verse was revealed, and their souls were comforted.

As for its naming as Adh-Dhariyat, it is because the Surah begins with it: {وَالذَّارِيَاتِ ذَرْوًا} (By those [winds] scattering [dust] with dispersion).
