What is the Islamic legal ruling concerning a wife who seeks divorce without a clear reason, and does she have financial rights, and is the husband entitled to reclaim what he spent on her?

The woman is considered disobedient (nashiz) by what she has done and is not entitled to maintenance (nafaqah) or housing (sukna). The husband has the right to refrain from divorcing her until she returns to him what he gave her of the dowry (mahr) and other things. She has no rights after divorce if she persists in her disobedience and abandonment of his obedience.
