Is it permissible to divide and schedule prayers, such that a 15-minute duration is imposed on the Imam for Fajr, Maghrib, and Isha prayers, or that Isha prayer is divided into 5 minutes for every two rak'ahs?

A Muslim must pray as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, prayed, and not introduce anything into the prayer that has no basis in Islamic law. Programming each prayer with a specific time, making the Fajr prayer equal to Maghrib and Isha, and precisely timing the first and second rak'ahs to minutes, is contrary to the Sunnah. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to prolong Fajr, be moderate in Isha, and shorten Maghrib, and he often prolonged the first rak'ah. Obligating the Imam to pray in a manner contrary to the Sunnah and holding him accountable for it diminishes his status. The mosque administration should be advised with wisdom to act according to the Sunnah. However, setting specific times between the Adhan and Iqamah to regulate the timing of the Iqamah and inform people of the prayer time is permissible.
