Will the gold be lost if I do not pay its Zakat, knowing that it is for adornment only?

Jewelry prepared for adornment is not subject to Zakat, according to the majority of scholars. Gold will not be exposed to loss if a woman does not pay its Zakat, and there is no sin upon her for not paying its Zakat if she follows those who rule with this opinion. However, it is more cautious to pay Zakat on jewelry, even if it is prepared for adornment, in order to avoid disagreement.
