What is the ruling on obtaining a forged marriage contract for the purpose of the husband traveling as an "escort to his wife" to obtain unpaid leave from his work, and is this action permissible (halal)?

Allah Almighty has commanded the fulfillment of contracts, and the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, commanded Muslims to adhere to their conditions. It is not permissible for you to forge in order to travel for work, except out of a necessity that is considered valid by Islamic law.
