Allah commanded the fulfillment of contracts and piety, and to be with the truthful, and to avoid false speech. He forbade lying, forgery, and the squandering of trusts. Therefore, it is not permissible to use a forged contract or to cause the university to lose its right. As for obtaining a legitimate and non-forged employment contract for the wife, in order to maintain residency and return to perform Hajj, there is no harm in it if it is with the approval of the issuing authority, even if the wife does not work according to it.
