Is it permissible to obtain a forged marriage contract in order to increase one's salary so as to help one's family, get married, and return to one's homeland?

Deception, forgery, and fraud are forbidden in Islam, and the injustice of some workplaces does not justify them. Injustice is not removed by another injustice, and the end does not justify the means. If marriage occurs with the intention of achieving a benefit, warding off harm, or merely as a jest, it is considered a legitimate marriage, and all marital rights are established thereby, due to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "There are three things which, whether done seriously or in jest, are taken seriously: marriage, divorce, and revoking a divorce."
